Bugs in the bed dirty toilet mold in the shower. We booked and paid for a king bed months in advance arrived at property to staff telling us they "no longer offer king sized beds" but it is still advertised on their website. No toilet paper in the room called the front desk FIVE times. No response. Went to desk and it was unattended. Terrible stay. Never will return

It was a beautiful place. A little outdated but so charming and in a beautiful location. The beds were AWFUL. Super sunk to the middle. That would be our only complaint. Everything else was so great. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and attractive. But we would have liked: a small closet or at least more than a 3 drawer dresser; a hair dryer; a TV that worked; a coffee maker; a place to hang clothes; and we still do prefer a place that offers breakfast on site. The water in the shower was difficult to adjust the temperature and got very hot very quickly! The room was fine...just not great.

Clean room. Good space and clean carpet, I liked that there was a table and chairs. Hard beds. Only one trash can in the room, not even in the bathroom. No light in the shower or fan in the bathroom. No luggage holder for the suitcase. Overall decent. Very friendly staff.

Check-in person gave me key to the wrong room, which I didn't realize until I came back late that night. How to wake up the proprietor so he could give me the right key. (I thought it was odd that they used traditional, metal keys, instead of the usual program-as-needed key cards). Room was okay, except for some stains on the carpet.

The room was clean except for a plastic fork left on the bed. It was hard to get enough hot water to take a shower and the shower knob was hard to turn and old. We had to ask for a replacement roll of toilet paper. All in all we got what we paid for.

Room not worth the rate! 1st room we were put in, the lock on door was broken so after almost an hour we had to pack up our belongings and cat to get moved to another room after the owner said they didn’t have any more rooms which they clearly did. The bathroom in the next room was dirty so we went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves because we didn’t want to have to move our cat again. Couldn’t sit outside because we were right across from their trash barrel and the stench was awful! Owner refused to comp us a free night—only a 25% discount—still not worth over $250/night. Wouldn’t recommend this inn and would not stay here again.

The motel is very run down. There were ants in the bathroom and nail clippings next to the bed. There was a gap around the door and a gap around the AC unit, allowing bugs into the room. The room served our purpose, we were only in the room for about 11 hours to sleep after attending a wedding, but I couldn’t imagine staying for several days on vacation.

Excellent price to stay for me and my dog. Room was moderate and very clean. Bed super comfortable. Ice machine was not working so had to go next door to the four points hotel to get every morning. They were very accommodating. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open when we went-(June 9-11). Staff very attentive and very nice. Would have liked a microwave but fridge was spacious.

I am disgusted with the place for overbooking and Expedia. I got there and after driving 7 hours was told my reservation was false from Expedia. The system is broke and you too could book a room and find that it’s all bogus. Buyer beware for Expedia and this lousy hotel.

Room had ants and spiders, dead bolt on door did not work, gap between door and frame, likely how bugs got in. 4 registered guests...2 towels. Bathroom light only came on half the time when flipping switch. Did not use pool, so cannot speak to that. Bedding...sheet and coverlet that was as thin as a sheet.

We were only here for one night, so we did not need too much, but I was still disappointed with our experience. The hotel room was run down and dirty. The shower was so old and dirty that it was unusable. In the first room that we got, the light in the bathroom was broken and the door would not lock. The front desk did move us quickly to another room, but it was still not really run down.

Stayed for 3 nights ..The room for the price was ok but the pillows were very warn out & there were stains on the white cover blanket . Did find a tick on the cover blanket that was concerning. I did have my dog but it wasn’t like I went in the woods.. just had him on the common grass. The grout in the bathroom was gross, mold in the shower on the walls . But 10/10 shower pressure and heat!! I’d go back for the shower pressure for sure but not sure I would stay there again .

Everything about the stay was good except for the shower. The water temperature was completely unpredictable — it would randomly switch from comfortable to dangerously hot or freezing cold in seconds. Taking a shower felt like playing roulette. I honestly took the fastest shower of my life because I couldn’t wait to get out. This really needs to be fixed.
