Muy buen hotel para estar unos dias de fiesta, sin embargo el servicio de habitaciones deja mucho que desear. No te limpian la habitacion ni el baño, solo te cambian las toallas.

O quarto estava limpo e era bem aconchegante. O café da manha era razoável, mas o que mais incomodou foi o Wi-Fi que nao funcionou em nosso quarto, que inclusive era próximo a recepção. A cobrança para uso das cadeiras de praia é um ponto negativo. Os funcionários do restaurante nao eram nada simpáticos e muito menos prestativos.

Some of the rudest staff I have EVER experienced at a hotel at this price point. There are some gems but the front desk staff and shuttle drivers need to be fired if they are representing both the island and Greece. One of the shuttle drivers (an Indian guy) is one of the rudest people I have met in years.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything we needed was at our hotel. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to provide a fantastic stay for us whether it was organising transfers for us or creating a fantastic party atmosphere at the beach club, everything was spectacular. I’m so glad I came to Paradise to celebrate my 30th. It was the perfect mix of relaxing by the beach then partying it up at the beach club. I thought what paid was great value for money because not only do you get the room, you’ve got the beautiful beach outside, the pool club , breakfast is included and transfers to where you need to go. I love the happy hour cocktails, I thought it was great value for money. And bless the woman who cleaned our rooms, despite my friend and I having a lot of our things scattered around, she still managed to do an excellent job. Definitely keen to come back, I love Paradise beach resort so much. Thank you for proving us with a wonderful stay, can’t wait to be back.

The property is older and could use some TLC. Our biggest complaint/suggestion would be to make it possible to run the AC when not in the room. The room electricity is run by putting a the key card in a slot so when you leave, the AC turns off and by the time you return it's hot and humid. The bar has great 2 for 1 drink deals and the music is great (edm which is our favorite). It's a younger crowd and most had left by the evening club scene, but we still had a good time.

The food service was excellent. We ordered burgers and pizza and were very pleased with the food. The quality of the burger was the best that I experienced in Greece. The complimentary breakfast was top notch. The breakfast staff was courteous and accommodating. The shuttle service worked out for us without a hitch. The only reason why we cannot give a better rating is that we wanted to enjoy the pool but could not do so because the pool was closed. We would have booked a different property had we known the pool was closed. Based on the condition of the pool and surrounding area which was in a state of neglect, it seems as the pool had not been opened for years. We would recommend the listing be updated to reflect the current reality.

As always, I loved staying at Paradise! The location and vibes are fabulous. The rooms are nice enough and kept clean. It’s definitely a beach club stay, not a luxury stay, but everything you need is there or close by! Will always recommend.
