It was quick and easy to check in as I got a code to my phone. The room was bigger than expected, bed was comfortable. I got one of the rooms at B1, and it could be a tad bit noisy as the motorbike parking is just beside it. So if you are sensitive to sound it is good to bring earplugs. All in all it is definitely a place that I recommend and would go back to. Cp-value is high.

Googleマップ上では閉店してますがやってました。 台南駅から徒歩10分くらいでいけます。 現地にスタッフがいないのでLINEで友達登録して、当日16時以降に確認すると入り口と部屋のパスワードを教えてくれます。LINEは日本語でも対応してくれます。 部屋はまずまず清潔でしたが湿度が高い台南なので少しカビは気になりました。

Excellent, spacious and bright room, very clean shower room. Very good value for money, central, walking distance to sights and train station. Note there are no staff on site so you get check in instructions sent to you with a pass code for the door. Enjoyed staying here so extended for another three nights.

The whole check-in and CS are AI-powered. The check-in requires one to use LINE to contact a specific LINE ID in order to receive the entrance passcode. However, you can't find the user with that ID. I took a bit of effort to Google their AI provider's LINE ID in order to get my door's passcode! It'll be painful if you don't have LINE or you don't have that intuition! The room is filled with cheap air fresheners, with one of the broken lightbulb wires not hidden properly. Last but not least, the AI won't allow you to get into the main building to get water as it considers you without the need to access it if you're staying at the Annex. A lot of brainwork is required to live in this AI-powered stay.

Clean room but slightly small. Bathroom sink was really tiny and next to toilet so toilet would get wet everytime you have a shower. No lifts so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Also I struggled to find the place as door number is 40 down the end of the street. Overall not bad. 15 minutes walk from Tainan train station.

The worst stay in years.

Nothing went away from the start. The web site gave us the wrong address and we couldn’t find the right place for a long time. The staff gave us very little help. Finally we found some local people who gave us directions to the place. The place…where do I start. The place was old and had a lot of problems, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock or a latch so it wouldn’t stay closed, the shower drain very slowly, every time we took a shower we would be standing in a pool of water. There were more issues with the unit. I will attach some photos in the review. We were there for five days, when we asked the staff to repair the problems after the first day, they told us can’t repair anything while we are there but they will take care of the issues when we leave…really!!!! anyways. That was the worse stay we’ve had in years. We Do Not recommend this place to anyone.

巷弄中的民宿,設計感十足但規定不少

房間陳設很用心,英倫風很不錯,乳膠床墊及枕頭好睡,但在小巷中,窗外完全沒有街景,1樓外還有人走動,都得拉上窗簾,浴室很小,洗臉台更小,水都會噴濺到衣服,因為是B&B,類似公寓改裝,不能和飯店相比,若有開車的人,一樣的價格住楓華沐月較佳。

很有設計感的旅店

這一家真的不錯，位置在車站附近，步行就可以到很多的地方，在巷弄中所以不會有大馬路的車流聲。跟管家聯繫後，有許多貼心的服務。雖然沒車位，但是這樣的價位去要求車位.....下次會在光臨。
