Les chambres de cet Ibis ont été refaites il y a déjà quelques temps et c’est réussi excepté pour les 2 chambres les plus agréables : avec terrasses, qui ont été supprimées lors de la rénovation ! C’est regrettable. Sinon, cet Ibis est plutôt agréable, le personnel est pro et souriant, le wifi est ok… pour se garer il y a un parking payant de l’hôtel mais hors saison on trouve des places facilement à Vichy. Le gros bémol est le chauffage. C’est une Clim réversible, hélas seul l’air froid marche et ce n’est pas une erreur de fonctionnement de ma part, le chauffage se met en route et s’arrête pour laisser place à l’air froid. En hiver c’est un vrai problème et indigne d’Accor. Donc, il vaut mieux aller dans un autre hôtel en hiver et revenir ici en été uniquement.

Le bâtiment ayant été complètement rénové en 2025, tout est nickel. Et la déco est des plus agréables. Cela nous change des styles habituels des Ibis que je n’apprécie pas trop en général… Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top également. Seul petit bémol, la carte du restaurant qui manque d’originalité

Le personnel à l’accueil a été très agréable. Par contre la réservation était pour une chambre à 2 lits simples et en fait il y avait un lit double et un lit d appoint par fauteuil dépliable. Pourtant j avais eu un appel de l hôtel le matin même et rien ne m a été signifié. Et j étais avec d autres personnes qui ont réservé après moi et qui ont bien eu une chambre avec deux vrais lits simples. Je ne comprends donc pas. Ce type de lit depliable peut bine convenir à un enfant un peu moins à un adulte. Et la moindre des choses aurait été de m’en informer en amont de mon arrivée, ou à l arrivée que je ne le découvre pas par moi même en entrant dans la chambre. Je suis déçue. D autre part il serait bien que le réglage du chauffage puisse s effectuer avec un indicateur de température. Le réglage de la température serait moins aléatoire.
