Great ski motel
It is a typical small motel. The furniture was a bit beat up. Floor old tile, felt sandy. But I did see some other rooms that apparently had been updated/renovated and had carpet and nicer furniture. There was a small microwave and frig. I could not find a directory on the TV or in the room that meant you just had to keep flipping thru the channels. The mattress and pillows were very comfy. The heating/air worked well.The bathroom was very dated, stained shower. There was some cleaning product that used that had a very strong smell to it like flowery? it really did a number on my allergies. I was traveling solo. The hotel restaurant/bar apparantly had a band and stayed open very late. There were clearly some very drunk men outside in the parking lot one night that made me a little nervous. But the close proximity to Winterplace is super convenient. I would stay again if going to Winterplace.
