Lana at the front desk made a wonderful impression and truly elevated our experience—she was attentive, welcoming, and ensured our check-in went smoothly. She had clearly noted our preferences and did her best to make our stay comfortable, which we really appreciated.
However, the room itself fell a bit short of expectations. The beds were far too soft for our liking, with noticeable sagging toward the center, which impacted our sleep quality. Additionally, the kitchen supplies were disappointing. The non-stick pots and pans were heavily scratched, and I chose not to use them due to concerns about potential toxicity from flaking coatings.
That said, the hotel was quiet, clean, and well-maintained overall. I’d recommend it for a short stay. However, given its extended-stay setup and full kitchen amenities, I believe the hotel would benefit greatly from upgrading the mattresses and replacing worn-out kitchenware to better serve guests staying longer.
