Llegue a check in alrededor de las 8:30 , luego salí a cenar sin revisar la habitación, regresé como a las 10:30 ,Al principio me gustó el parqueo súper amplio , pensé que todo iba bien pero al check in la persona en resección no fue nada amable , lo peor fue de la habitación 303 , el inodoro tiene decoloración en la parte donde queda el agua , amarillo de sucio , también se salía el agua por abajo , y había un mal olor a alcantarillado, pasé una mala noche., me quejé en la mañana y ni siquiera me dieron una disculpa, su respuesta fue que yo no tenía nada que decirle a ella, respondí que mi queja no es para ella sino para el hotel , para que ella se lo comunique al manager y ella respondió q ella no tenía manager , pensé que iba a descansar y salí más desvelado y cansado y las camas malas igual , uno no se puede mover por q hacen mucho ruido.

The hotel is in a state of disrepair. No breakfast, the hallway stinks, the floor was dirty, there were areas roped off, the sign was broken, their was a portable air conditioner in our room, and the front desk guy was abrupt.

On the app, it says there is a breakfast which there was none. There was no coffee or tea in the common area. When it says pets stay free, they mean emotional support dogs so that should be stated on the motels app

I definitely not coming back to this property There was no breakfast tv did not work elevator got flooded and shut down (I was on the 3rd floor) there was only 1 towel in the bathroom asked for an extra one and never got it there was no hot water the guy in the front desk was frustrated and to end this sad story the fire alarm triggered at 5 in the morning

Went to check in and the hot water heater was broken and the front desk staff quit and walked out. We were left with nowhere to stay and no one was there to help. They charged my credit card even though we hadn't gotten a room and I'm Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later.

FYI, this property is being converted from a Motel 6 to an EconoLodge, so have some grace. Room was dated but spotless. The front desk was extremely kind and sincerely listened to me. I’m a female, traveling alone. I booked this via Hotels.com because it was the least expensive in Hot Springs, and unfortunately, with that, had a very low rating which I would normally not engage with, but I just needed a bed and a sink, after I learned my usual campground was closed. There was just one other car in the parking lot upon arrival—noted and unnerving. There was also a plexiglass surround at the front desk, which was also unnerving. The attendant directed me to room 202– upstairs, which I checked out and it felt very remote and disconnected so I came back downstairs. I wanted to be closer to human contact at the front desk, which he gladly accommodated. After getting settled I came back to thank him for his attention to my concerns, he was disassembling the plexiglass screen that was at the front desk because he listened to my thoughts about it and agreed it was not a good signal for guests, and took it down. This is a discount hotel. But clean. Good TV. And conscientious new owners. Well worth the $56.09

The parking was easy. I believe they are in a remodel mode. I had to call a phone number for the front desk person to come check me in. No breakfast the next morning, it was closed. The tv didn't work and no hot water in the shower. The pillows were the tiniest ones I have ever seen. Luckily, it was overnight and we slept well--the bed was comfy--just glad I brought my pillow

Had to call to wake up the staff to check in. She came out in an oversize shirt, gave us room keys and left, didnt tell us where or that everything in the hotel was broken. Turns out the elevator is broken, so we took stairs, pool was broken, walls had holes in the room and bathroom, floors in room were sticky, breakfast we were told is not an option when we picked this place for an easy breakfast and swimming for the kids on our long road trip

I do not recommend it. My reservation included breakfast but when we got there the lady at the desk said wasn't available and if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else...it was midnight! Bed had 2 square cushions instead of pillows. Towels were small and not soft at all. The elevator wasn't working, glad I was on second floor but the stairs were very dirty. The door our room didn't work properly, hard to open and locked. The worse part was the attitude of the lady at the reception.

First, there was a drinking party taking place in the parking lot. The main issue, however, was regarding hot water in the bathroom. There was none. The clerk (who apparently lives in the motel office) claimed the boilers were malfunctioning and work was being done. After many hours, still no hot water. The clerk said he would refund for the first of our two nights of reservation. The next day, still no hot water. While the facility had many empty rooms, the same clerk said he could not move us to another room. There was no hot water coming to the room, and the clerk continued to claim he was helpless to remedy the situation. He said he would refund us for the second night, as well. We left. I was refunded for the first night, but so far nothing for the second night.
