Close to food outlets and a supermarket. The Rugby park is walking distance as well if a match is on. The staff at the property were very welcome and informative.

Location excellent as close to town - walking distance or short drive. Studio was ideal for one person staying for two days. Property was very clean and tidy though a little dated.

We met Bing upon arrival, he was very friendly and helpful. We had only booked for one night, as we had brought a friend from Thames to the hospital for an operation. In the end Bing was able to facilitate our stay for 3 nights. The room was very clean and perfect for our stay there. There is free parking on site, and the accommodation is well located for in and around Hamilton. We would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Hamilton for short of medium length stays.

Stayed in the spa room and my only complaint is the stain on the bottom of the bath possibly caused by mat and no hangers in wardrobe.!The laundry was handy and only cost was $8 to wash and dry. Nice and quiet - definitely recommend.

If you have a larger vehicle (such as a ute), parking can get a bit snug with parking size and turning area on the site. There is a larger parking bay at the front but depending on demand at the motel that may already be occupied. Great motel but something to consider if booking when events are on in the area.
