Quarto sujo, principalmente o banheiro!
O hotel é bem localizado e isso facilitou muito a minha estadia em Itabuna. O café da manhã é bom, porém a limpeza do quarto deixa muito a desejar. O móvel do quarto cheio de poeira, toalha muito encardida, lençol aparentemente não trocado, pois encontrei cabelos de outra hóspede na fronha, além de encontrar uma cueca debaixo da cama. O banheiro muito sujo, pia com sujeiras encrostadas e a parte o chuveiro muito suja e com pedaços de sabonetes de outro hóspede no chão, o que só me confirmou que o quarto não foi higienizado antes da minha estadia.

RUIM
Hotel muito caro pela acomodação extremamente simples, região perigosa durante a noite. Fizemos a reserva e no Check-out no hotel houve cobrança adicional pelo Ar Condicionado(30,00 dia) e o hotel não tinha água mineral para vender, tampouco qualquer espécie de água potável para servir, o que causou transtornos, pois já era noite e o Bairro do hotel é uma zona ruim a noite, não sendo aconselhável andar a pé. Com exceção do café da manhã, em nada no hotel vale o que que se cobra pela diária...

A limpeza do hotel deixou muito a desejar. Tinha baratas nos quartos, os lençóis muito finos e os colchões muito velhos. O café da manhã é bom, bem variado, e os atendentes muito atenciosos.

Rápida passagem.
O hotel é, em verdade, una pousada bastante simples, que não deveria ser classificada com 2 estrelas. Dormi apenas uma noite e, para isso, serviu. Mas, me hospedando por um preço mais em conta, fiquei no Hotel Requinte, que ainda não é oferecido pelo Hoteis.com (fica a dica para o site) e é beeem melhor. O hotel precisa de uma reforma. Pintura, pisos com lajotas quebradas, paredes sujas, forros também. Fiquei em um quarto que, ao menos, possuia um silencioso ar condicionado split. Mas com o banheiro bastante apertado e com o box de acrílico faltando a parte móvel para isolar a casa de banho do resto do banheir. Resultados: tampa do vaso sanitário e chão bastante molhados após o banho. O café da manhã possui opções, mas é servido de forma pouco organizada, não existindo qualquer sistema Da manter os pratos quentes aquecidos. Imagine comer raízes e cachorro quente frios? Enfim. Existem melhores opções com preços similares na cidade.

Estadia Horrível!!
Fiz reserva para dois dias e outra colega de trabalho ficou no mesmo hotel mas sem reserva. Resumindo na primeira noite saiu da pia uma lacraia enorme e no quarto de minha colega apareceu uma barata. ficamos apenas uma noite. Horrível.
