Small but comfortable and clean room, the toilet between the shower cubicle and wall is a bit tight. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff pleasant and friendly. Breakfast offered a good selection.

Adequate for short stay.

Refurbished bathroom whilst small was adequate for a short stay. Bed was comfortable and storage space adequate for short stay. Room needs redecoration and new carpeting. TV only had french stations and pity no tea or coffee making facilities. Excellent secure car parking on site. Bar well presented. Did not use the restaurant facilities.

Very nice hotel for £60/ night, clean and spacious room. Dinner at restaurant was excellent! Good size portions. Nice to have a bar and restaurant open on a Sunday evening when most of France closes down all day. Shame hotel.com allows hotel to advertise the spa and pool as part of the hotel rate when there’s a 35€ fee for the use of the pool and jacuzzi.

This hotel is a grand old lady from 1930’s. She is classic. The parts we saw have been restored in keeping with the original style. Our room was clean and a good size with ample storage space and work area. The bathroom was compact with everything necessary fitted in! We ate out but returned for coffee and a drink. They were both excellent and good prices. We found parking in the same street and paid a euro for the privilege. Berck_Plage is a seaside town and very busy in the summer. The hotel is away from the main area so was quiet. Main area and beach start within 250metres.

Ce n'est pas la 1ère fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel mais c'est la 1ere fois que nous sommes déçus. Les chambres premium etant petites et mal fichues, j'avais pris la peine de réserver une chambre supérieure. A l'installation, on s'aperçoit immédiatement qu'il y a un bruit sourd de soufflerie (on est au dessus de la piscine) qui empechera mon mari de dormir. Nous demandons un changement de chambre et on nous répond que la seule possibilité est une chambre premium. J'explique que c'est exactement la chambre que je veux éviter, on me dis pas d'autres solutions possible (il y a pourtant de la disponibilité en chambre supérieure sur le site de réservation). Etant en fin de vacances scolaires, il y a de nombreuses familles dans l'hôtel ce qui se traduit par un espace bien-être envahi d'enfants en bas âge. 15 dans la piscine le samedi en fin d'après-midi qui sautent, hurlent etc. Que du normal poyr des enfants, mais on est loin de la promesse d'un spa apaisant !!! Enfin, ménage pas fait dans l'espace spa du vendredi au samedi, donc lieu vraiment sale samedi matin (ce qui n'était plus le cas dimanche à l'ouverture).
