The penthouse apartment was like home from home. Had everything you could need. Cleaned well each day with clean towels and bed made. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and on time each day. Minutes walk to all the best places, Trevi, colosseum, cafes, restaurants. Due to being on a main rd it was quite noisy, which we felt was ok given how close we were to all the attractions.

Great comfortable hotel in heart of rome

The stay was excellent in all respects. We had a very late check-in and they gave us detailed instructions for the self check-in. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast in room service was excellent and it provided great start for the day. The bathrooms were very spacious and shower was great. The only one thing we were not informed of the little early checkout at 10 am We assumed it to be around 11am which is standard. Though it was displayed in the room, only if we were informed verbally it would have been great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was central to so many beautiful places in rome.

The room was an ok size, pretty tight for two people. The shower tub combo was hard to use without getting water everywhere, thankfully they will replenish the towels each day if needed. The breakfast delivered to the room was great, it was a decent variety although we didn't really care for most of the food choices. The air conditioning did not work very well and you def need that during the summer.

Excellent experience. This place is in the perfect location. Centrally located so that you can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Coliseum, and Roman Forum. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. And the woman at the front desk was very helpful, cannot speak more highly about her. Arranged taxis for us, gave us helpful info about the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great breakfast that comes to the room. Only issue is the temperature in the room was so hot and the ac said it was working but was not giving off cool air. Would like to have given this property a high rating but Room 7 has a faulty air von system that sounds like running water. It is really loud and so aggravating. I have since noticed that other reviewers have mentioned it but disappointingly it has not been addressed. I mentioned it to the reception staff and was reimbursed the city taxes of 24€ as a token gesture. Otherwise the room was fab and the location fantastic - just make sure you ask about the state of the air con in the room you are booking!
