I was woken up last night by the AC making an awful noise, I had to get up at 02.45am to turn it off to then lay there with the noise of the gases coming out, the bathroom needs attention, limescale around the shower mixer back plate, and on the underside of the shower gel dispenser, the air vent not fixed in place, to say I woke up feeling cold, as did not want to turn the AC on again.
I checked out at 08.40am and was not even asked how my stay was. So I wasn’t left the choice to give my opinion and bring the things to your attention.
Check in was really slow, and at 14.45pm, there was one person on, and had to phone someone to get help with checking in, two people were in the area, and seem to just ignore it, the lady in front of me had a lot of cash and a young man came through to take the payment, and then left the girl on her own.
The hotel itself was very nice, and breakfast, the lady on breakfast check-in could have been more acknowledging, as she seemed to have her head down when saying, please pick your own seat and help yourself to buffet breakfast.
She could have given a bit more eye contact, she has a job of meeting and greeting,
Overall it was pleasant.
