Amazing hosts who are there each and every day with warm and welcoming smiles. I enjoyed the fact that no problem was too big or too small for Brett. Cannot beat the location - for views and proximity to the Kingston foreshore - just over 2.5km to the Norfolk golf club as well. All very walkable distances. Also, was able to self cater in the fully equipped kitchen. Another great bonus - there's a guest laundry that there's no charge to use. This place is really a 'home away from home'. If you come for less than two weeks you do yourself a disservice!

We loved our stay. The view of Phillip and Napean Islands from our loungeroom was stunning. Had everything we needed.

Accommodation was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed the location and outlook. One bedroom unit was spacious with basic amenities suitable for self catering. Relative isolation was a bonus with our arrangement of a rental car for the duration. We did not meet our host who was away however the property minders were quite attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 night stay and would recommend Panorama to anyone for good value and not desirous of the full on resort style experience.
