In general, the hotel met my needs as I was looking for a hotel not too expensive and close to the city center to avoid catching trams or underground. Very clean bathroom with basics provided by hotel and very clean room too. We had breakfast buffet included and it was quite acceptable because there was everything: milk, infusions, cereals, bread, ham, cheese, sausage and eggs, fruit... Everything you wanted, although it could be improved the quality of that what they call "juices". The reception staff was super attentive! After checking out we asked if they could keep our bags till we took our train in the afternoon and they stored them in a room they had enabled for it.
Now comes the bad, you have the tram tracks underneath. Every time a trams passes (which was at all hours because it is a point where several routes pass not just one) the whole room was shaking. With the windows closed you could hear something less, but you could still hear the noise and also in August and without air conditioning in the rooms you have to sleep with the window open... If you are a light sleeper, you better not choose this hotel or you will not sleep well even one day. It could also be improved the quality of the mattress that is of springs and they seem a little bit old, because for example mine had left just a spring of considerable thickness in the area of the lumbars and was nailed to me.
