Overall great, but could’ve been better
We traveled with our 11month old baby since this is a baby friendly resort. We were disappointed with control on mosquitos in and around the suite (she sustained 7bites) which is not ideal. We were also disappointed with refilling water, coffee and we had no turn down service until the night before we checked out. Also, fruits provided in the room were rotten (see pic). We stayed for 4 nights and per their offer, anything more than 3 nights has free airport transfers but we had to pay an additional $199 since we booked through hotels.com.
