Condo is spacious and beautiful! We loved our 11 day stay. Close to food shopping and loved pigion beach only a short drive away approx. 7 min. Everyone one who checked us in to cleaning our room was inviting and very kind!

The unit itself was beautiful and more than we expected. The grounds were well maintained and the property’s Rodney Bay location makes it ideal for accessing an assortment of fine restaurants, nightclubs and bars.

For a 3 bedroom home, this host needs to update the appliances in the home.. There's 1 TV in the entire house, for a big family with little children it became very challenging to share 1 tv with 6 adults and 5 kids.. The housing electricity wiring was not the typical 120 watt usage, it was the European plug.. There was no adapter provided .. making the toaster, kettle, completely unusable.. We bought a chicken to bake in the oven, come to find out the oven didn't work.. Called the host, and explained the shortcomings,other than apology, she did nothing... We spent a lot of money to stay there and it was a bit of a disappointment that our needs wasn't met... Needless to say, we wont be going back... If you have a family with small children I wouldn't recommend staying there either...

I did not like Apartment 1. It was very outdated and old furniture and it smelled very old. We couldn’t watch the 25 inch television in the living room for the first 4 nights of our 6-nights stay because the batteries needed to be replaced and maintenance had not returned to replace them. The AC in the bedroom kept shutting off so the bedroom was hot all the time. The window in the bathroom was broken so we couldn’t open it at all during our stay. The safe was broken so we couldn’t use it for a couple of days until it was repaired.

Great location - a wee bit tired.

We had a lovely relaxing break. I realise that the rating for this property I read before booking 14A The Harbour had some reviews for The Harbor Club which is totally different. This property has no infinity pool, no reception and no spa, but that did not detract from us having a peaceful (mainly) break. I say mainly as it was low season so the bar - La Vie - at the other end of The Harbour from this tranquil apartment only fired twice during our 8 night stay. The bass was loud! The location cannot be faulted. I loved swinging on the hammock looking out onto the marina, and the shops and restaurants were so close there were no calories walked of going to dinner. The apartment was well equipped and set up as a one bedroom for us. Air con in the living space didn’t work for three days but just needs better instructions as it was easily rectified when the man came to fix it. The safe didn’t work as the key didn’t fit - but that was ok. The security guards and the fact that it is a gated complex means everything was ok. Would benefit from some dishwasher tablets being provided. The swimming pool never had any of the other residents and visitors in it when we swam. It’s small but beautifully set as all the gardens are beautifully kept. To sum up I had a great holiday but a few easily remedied maintenance tasks could elevate this property.

Comfortable, clean

Fantastic experience at the Harbour. Really comfortable villa with huge beds and well equipped kitchens. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly. 100% I’d stay again here if I returned to the island. The location is ideal too - 15min walk to reduit beach, 20min walk to the marina, 3min walk to supermarket, and bars and restaurants from a 2min walk away also!

Location! location! Location!

Very quiet and relaxing. Ideal for family type vacation. Close proximity to everything..... Resturants, grocery, shopping mall, beaches.... The villa was very comfortable and with a full kitchen it made things simpler if you just wanted to stay in on the days you didn't feel like exploring the island. . we stayed seven days and enjoyed it all.
