Our stay was pretty average. We didnt have high expectations but since we were only there overnight, it was fine. The room was typical, however had a odd odor of cigarettes (even though its smoke free) when we first walked in and the shower faucet made a shrieking noise when turned on. The rug in the room has seen better days as well as the bed side table drawer which was falling apart.

Booking was a last minute stay late at night. I specified in the booking we needed an ADA room with zero stairs and well lit pathways. We get put on the second floor and told we can use stairs to the left or right. The guy at checkin was one of those people who obviously hates their job and made it very clear.

The Quality Inn Dunkirk location staff were extremely accommodating, due to the snow storm we have to stay overnight for my family’s safety even though we have no prior reservation they allowed my kids to have breakfast while they’re checking for an available room which eventually they find one for my family allowed us to check in before 11:00am. Made our trip a blessing during this holiday!!

The room smelled bad. Carpet really needs replaced. Room smelled of old cigarettes. Bathtub had dirt in the bottom of tub. Dirty drapes. When you walked down the hall it does not smell good…never staying there again

Clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. There were some nice restaurants and stores located in the immediate vicinity. The mattresses were hard and not completely comfortable, but for one night it was okay. Breakfast was okay, but not a lot of hot food options. There is a Dunkin' and a Tim Horton's across the street, though. And the hotel is close to SUNY Fredonia, which was a huge plus. Overall, this is a good place to stay.
