The Galatyn Lodge

The team at the Galatyn lodge when above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay at their hotel. They were very good about communication prior to arrival and proved to be excellent at ensuring I had a convenient check in process. The hotel was impeccably clean, all common areas, the room, the bathroom, the pool, everywhere! The staff was pleasant and sincerely happy to deal with every request. All staff members were personalable, professional, and offered PPE upon check in. They have a basket of free sanitizer, protective gloves, protective masks, and other supplies always available to you. The pool was 100+ degrees and outdoors, the best pool in the area! They also offer complimentary day passes to the nearby spa, free indoor garage parking on site which makes it very easy to come and go at any hour without waiting for valet! They had very affordable resort fees, when most nearby hotels charge $35-$65 in resort fees and still chsrge for parking! Josh, Brian, and the rest of the team were always available to assist with needs, printing emails, or offering advice. I will stay here everytime! You can tell when staff members care and the owners are proud of their eatablishment. This place is a gem! Pool area has heated floors while most neighboring hotels dont spent the money on quality!

The staff at this property is wonderful! The room was perfect and the cleanliness was above average! We will be back.

Caribou suite was absolute perfect for our stay. Large, plenty of sunlight, and very clean. Highly recommend!

Josh the asst manager went out of his way to help. Recommend restaurants, hikes and bike rental stores, all turned out excellent. He is a real asset to the hotel.

It was very clean and was the first hotel we stayed in since COVID started. We felt very comfortable and Brian the staff member on duty was fantastic! Great location, easy to get anywhere in Vail and a nice place.

Could not be happier. We extended our stay by three days at Galatyn. Josh Tenner is a wonderful host. Been to Vail over twenty times over the years, and never knew about this lodge on the east side of Vail Village. This is the side I've always preferred in the summertime.

There is absolutely no area I could mark down at The Galatyn Lodge. Attention to detail, service, reception, cleanliness, and the amenities of the lodge and area itself were all excellent. Mr. Tenner and staff could not have taken better care of us.
