Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness, Service, and Location
This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. We booked a superior room, but what we received looked nothing like the pictures advertised online.
The room was extremely old, dirty and small. There was dust everywhere, sticky stains on the walls, dirty bedding, shelves and the blinds were both dirty and broken and used shower products left from previous guests. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and I honestly haven’t slept in such a disgusting room before.
To make matters worse, the room was not even located in the main hotel building, but at the back of a different building, which was never clearly communicated during booking.
The location was also very unpleasant. The hotel is situated on a street with a lot of prostitution, which made the area feel uncomfortable, especially at night.
The reception staff were not helpful at all and had very poor English, making it difficult to communicate our concerns. Despite complaining, nothing other than a bedding change was done to accommodate us or move us to another room until the last day of our stay, which is far too late and shows a complete lack of customer care.
Overall, poor cleanliness, misleading room descriptions, an uncomfortable location, and very poor service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
