We liked our room and it was fairly comfortable & spacious. We had trouble using the TV and the management did their best to fix the problem and then ended up bringing us a brand new TV! They were helpful also, giving us information about what could be found to see in their area.

The floor had sticky residues from previous travelers. They have smoking buckets outside of the door that stink like old smoking buckets. This smell, which I detest permeates the room. The windows have no screens so you can't air out the room. I don't normally leave this kind of review, but this was among the worst rooms I've stayed in 50 years.

This place was disgusting and filthy. Unattended office, junk cars in the parking lot and smoke smell everywhere. We took one look at the room and drove to Leavenworth for a place to stay. Do NOT stay here or make a reservation through Hotels.com. The reviews have been rigged somehow. They have "no refund" signs everywhere. I am hoping my credit card company or Hotels.com can get me a refund. They would not let me look at the room until I paid. ...should have been a clue.

The room was clean but it didn't "look" clean because of how much the room was in cosmetic disrepair. I appreciated the size of the room (bedroom separate from living space), large fridge, strong water pressure in the shower. I did not like the fact that there are no blackout curtains in the bedroom (you can see thumbtacks where other guests had already hung up their own, just as we did). Also, there was no housekeeping service during our 3 night stay, so the coffee supplies we used on day one were never replenished and we started to worry that the single role of TP that was provided might run out. Yes, I could have asked the manager but I feel like that is not something that should need asking but rather is expected as part of housekeeping. However I will stay here again because of the price and convenience. It met my basic needs and is next door to a yummy Thai restaurant.

Weekend at Stevens Pass

No frills hotel in close proximity to Stevens Pass. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and provided the basics to get you through the night.
