It was not the cleanest but it was affordable and convenient, and they let my dogs stay so that gets them a pass. They need nicer bedding, so bring your own and you’ll be happy.

This place is obviously taken care of with a whole lot of pride. The room was spotless, and there were no maintenance issues. Thank you. The only thing is that the decor is dated, and the floor was damp. Not sure why that was.

This is the 2nd time we've had a stay in this property while there was a general outage in the area. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating the morning of the outage, going out of their way to make breakfast for us. Dinner menu includes delicious vegetarian Indian food!

The couple is extremely kind, eager to please, and helpful. We stayed in the suite which while it looked its age, was clean and had the modern amenities. They were also more than helpful in changing our dates The restaurant only has the owners working in it and they also run the hotel. So service is slow for the restaurant which is only open in the morning and evening but you will never meet 2 harder working people.

Brilliant hidden gem!

You need to stay here. Period. Fine I'll go on. The rooms are definitely retro, think 60s & 70s. They're roomy, clean and charming. But for me the restaurant was the main attraction... a fairly extensive menu, but I went with onion pakoras, butter chicken and homemade naan— all possibly the best I've ever had. The restaurant was smart and clean, the owner/chef friendly and accommodating. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Poor cleanliness rating is due to the shag carpet in the room. This is most likely, the cause of the smell. Cover on the bed should be cleaned or changed often. Sheets were good and mattress had good support. This motel is good for a stop over or a couple of nights but, not to stay for extended periods of time.
