This is by far, the worst experience we have ever experienced. This was for my husband and I, along with my handicapped mom and our son.
We were "upgraded"to a suite that was not handicap accessible. But was told we could take her into another room down the hall for her to be able to use the shower. As she was using the shower, the entire bathroom was flooding. (I'm assuming from clogged plumbing. )So, I had to get extra towels from our room to take care of that before I was able to get my mom out of the shower.
We forgot her clothes in our room since I had to lug all of her shower items over, so i thought I would run back to our room and get them. In the process, the door locked. (Housekeeping had opend the room for us, so we were not given a key.) Immediately called the front desk and they would send someone to unlock the door. 50 minutes later!! Meanwhile, my handicapped mother was inside the locked room, without any clothes on, unable to do anything!
Our hot water in our room took over 5 miutes to get hot. And by hot, i mean, barely lukewarm when turned all the way to hot. And only lasted a few min before it turned cold again.
There was no nonslip strips and floors and shower were very slippery.
Water leak caused the water to be shut off in the entire hotel.
My husband saw a Man masturbating in parking lot and was harassed by a homeless man several times.
There is no more characters left to describe any more details of this horrible experience.
