Key card wouldn't work second night we were there. Instead of reprogramming it, the desk cleck gave my husband a very hard time because the "reservations" weren't under his name though he provided his ID. We have an unusual last name so there shouldn't have been a question. Instead, I had to come into the office to show my ID. I get having sercurity, but the room was paid for under his card and we just wanted to get into our room. Really didn't need the clerk's attitude! Also, for over $100 a night, i expected some sort of maid service, at least fresh towels. Nope, nothing. We've stayed here before for business usually twice a year. Guess I'll go to Red Roof next time.
