The apartment itself was great, the TV was rather small for the room size size could really do with at least a 55”tv. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The only thing putting us off from going back, is the homeless shelter next door, it makes you feel unsafe especially when accessing the suites at night.

Great well equipped spacious apartment for 6 adults and a baby, very centrally located in Glasgow with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Only downside was the next door building houses a homeless shelter so it got very busy in the evenings which made it difficult navigating the pavement with a baby buggy. There is no note of the number 77 above the Spires Apartment sign so food delivered was taken to the homeless shelter rather than given to us so £60 of food went astray, but at least given to a good cause!

The spires apartment was perfect for our stay in Glasgow and we were surprised at how modern, clean and well-equipped the apartment was for the price we paid. The check-in staff were really helpful and the whole process was clear on how to enter and exit the property. Location was really good in the centre of town but also quiet as we were in a high level apartment with accessible lift.

Honestly struggle to provide a positive rating due to the safety concern next to a shelter. Openly want to be sensitive but there was trash and people sleeping in the foyer every night or in tents out front. The place was ok inside as well. On the positive it is close to rail station and city centre.

The room was clean and well equipped. Parking was steeps away and very reasonably priced for the 2 nights we stayed. The location was perfect with everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The only negative was that it wasn’t the quietest location with a loud bar across the street and homeless shelter next door.

Excellent location with really helpful, friendly staff. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, it had absolutely everything that you would need. (Cooking utensils, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, spare pillows etc)The beds were very comfy and all linen was fresh and clean. The only negatives that we encountered on our stay was that the TV did not work well at all and we were unable to connect to any streaming channels. Also the fridge appeared clean however it smelt really really bad so we did avoid using it.
