Decent hotel stay with comfortable beds

I made a reservation through a third-party reservation site. I sent a message regarding some aspects of my two-room, two-night stay, but they responded back to me (in Bahasa, not English) the day before my arrival, before I was able to cancel. I had a local friend call and make some adjustments for me, which incurred some additional fees. I wish that had been taken care of more quickly after I sent my original message and made my reservation. Check-in was easy. The staff spoke English and had everything prepared. I paid the extra fees and had no problems thereafter with service. The room was clean. The beds, including a rollaway, were very comfortable. The A/C unit did not work that well, and there was a noise outside that was pretty constant (perhaps the old A/C unit). Restroom and shower were fine. Bottled waters given everyday and room tidied up daily. Breakfast was decent with some Indonesian and Western options. Overall a fine stay. The location was good, on the far outskirts/suburbs of Jakarta south. Attached to a small, local-type shopping mall with a few good stores (MiniSo, Mr. DIY, Roti-O). Not too far from train station and University (short taxi rides).

Very strategic, shopping center and foods are easy to find. I have to upgrade my room to junior suite. However, no tv in “living room” area where there’s a couch. Bed room spacious but the tv in the bedroom very small. The bathroom in junior suite need more attention. The sink and the toilet are too close and makes me bumped them sink whenever use the toilet. Very nice and helpful staff. Overall I always favorite Santika for the breakfast variety from international to traditional.

First Room was superior room and It was pretty small for us and for our 4 suit cases. Try to cancel and move to different hotel but they wont give us a refund so requested to upgrade to executive room with additional charge , which is "OK" for the size of the room, But We decided to check out 2 days early and move to somewhere else. I like their welcome drink , It was Wedang Jahe , I think That's all I like . Room Service : Order Cheese Burger , taste like meat ball. Can not make outgoing phone call from the room . Had to dial 0 for the operator and took like almost 20 minutes. If I did not call back to the operator they will forget your request. I can understand that Everybody has cellphone but Our Cellphones are from out of country and we did not have a network service in this country. Finally the staff helped us out. Staffs were friendly. Location was good .

Det bästa med hotellet är att det ligger centralt i Depok i nära anslutning till ett shoppingcenter och att hotellet har ett bra frukostutbud. Skulle dock önska en bättre belysning i badrummet och fräschare badlakan.

I use this hotel whenever I go to Depok. Staffs and facilities are good enough. Especially breakfast has a lot of kind of Indonesian foods. Dmall is next to the hotel and now the renovation is processing. I felt no need to go to Margo city. The price is higher than fave hotel, lower than Margo hotel. But Damri bus comes close to the hotel. U can go to the hotel directory from CGK.

Prima hotel voor enkele dagen verblijf

Het is een prima hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. De kamer is echter redelijk klein maar wel erg schoon. Helaas geen koelkast op de kamer. Het hotel heeft wat betreft fasciliteiten alleen een klein zwembad en een fitness wat slechts bestaat uit een loopband en een crosstrainer. Het hotel is prima gelegen achter D-Mall Depok en dichtbij andere Mall's als Margonda City en Depok Square. Dus voor wat betreft de mogelijkheden om te shoppen of te eten is dit diht in de buurt te vinden. Achter het hotel is de locale martk gelegen en tevens ligt het hotel op loopafstand van het treinstation. Ale met al een uitstekend hotel voor een kort verblijf van enkele dagen voor bijvoorbeeld een familiebezoek (zoals in ons geval) of een kort zakelijk verblijf. Wat dat betreft zouden de fasciliteiten die ik bij een kort verblijf zelf graag even gebruik zoals fitness iets meer mogen zijn.

A choice when staying at Depok

(-)Connection for free WIFI is not stable. I could not use them at all./ There would be no-window rooms. so I would recommend to request the hotel to provide a room with window. (+)It locates right next to a shopping mall, so you have wider choice for food from local to well-known fast food, also you can enjoy street food along the street.

コスパのよいホテルとして、自分の中では高評価でしたが、数ヵ月ぶりに泊まったら、あらまあがっかりでした。 特筆すべきは朝食ブッフェ。種類が半減して、美味しさも今一つ。 洗面所、シャワールームも、元々排出が悪かったにですが、今は下水のような悪臭が漂ってます。ざんねん。好きなホテルだったのに。

Voor de rest is het hotel schoon en netjes.

Verblijf was goed. Wel heel luidruchtig. Gasten houden geen rekening met anderen. Om 5 uur na het ochtend gebed werd er geschreeuwd als kommunikatie met elkaar. Werd met deuren gesmeten.Daar werd je wakker van. Kinderen rennen in de gang etc. Jammer. Je nachtrust werd dus verstoord.
