We had an amazing time at this lovely boutique hotel. It’s a small hotel with only 34 rooms, very tranquil and secluded — ideal for travellers who want to get away from the noise and simply relax. The rooms were clean and very nice, and we had a lovely little private garden.
The biggest highlight of the hotel is the beach. It is absolutely fantastic — probably the best beach I have ever been to. We were very sad to leave and are already looking forward to coming back again.
The staff were all very nice, kind and helpful. And breakfast at the hotel was outstanding! We rented a cabana one day during our stay and it was absolutely worth it.
A couple of minor issues that perhaps the hotel could improve in the future:
* The air conditioning and the fridge in the gym weren’t working at all. So, it was not convenient
* The restaurant’s dinner menu is quite limited and, frankly, the food wasn’t particularly impressive. Perhaps the hotel could reconsider the menu and add some new options. We stayed for seven nights but only dined at the hotel twice — on our first night, when we were tired from the journey, and on our last night, when we didn’t want to go out before travelling. Unfortunately, both experiences were quite average.
Overall, however, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. The beautiful beach, peaceful atmosphere, excellent breakfast and lovely staff made Casa Nonna a very special place for us.
