The hotel itself it’s lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that is very, very far from the downtown so it takes a while to go anywhere near the city and it can be expensive.

Sistema que o ibis usa parece não ter integração com hotéis.com, funciona não sabia confirmar a reserva e pagamento pela plataforma. Quando pedimos informações sobre usar pratos ou talheres a recepção não sabia informar. Funcionário que si destaca e o Douglas do restaurante muito atencioso ao mínimos detalhes e bastante prestativo. Infelizmente não posso dizer o mesmo dos demais.
