Always will come back.

The hotel a little old. Need some new renovation especially the carpet and plug point. But i love this hotel because the gym, sauna and jacuzi facilities. Breakfast also quite good. Im impressed that their served jamu and green juice at breakfast. Keep it up and i will come back.

The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel is a bit old and it is all around. Our phone didn't work and the bathroom was never totally clean. That being said we liked the breakfast very much and no bad word on the restaurant

The property is pretty old. The rooms carpet were quite dirty, and some towels were really old and torn. The rubber edges of the shower area were black.

Good place to sleep before catching a morning flight. Rooms need updating, not a single picture on the wall and dubious stains on the carpets give an eerie vibe. Was going to make a cup of tea but the kettle had exposed wires. Staff were friendly and there is a bar and restaurant and 24 hour convenience store on site. If you’re expecting the Ritz this ain’t it, but if you want an affordable place to rest your head near the airport i would recommend. Plus the beds were so comfy, one of the best sleeps I’ve had in ages!

Reception gave us a room with the incorrect bed requested. Room was relatively clean but the carpet in the room and the hallways is heavily stained. Bathroom was awful. The tub caulking is black. The shower head is the toe on a hose, but the hose is connected to the tub faucet and only a few feet long. I had to bend all the way over to get myself wet. Good water pressure though. The beds were comfortable. It rained and the window leaked quite a lot. We were on the 15th floor. There was a giant wet spot on the carpet by the window after the rain. That explains why the room was jungle humid we walked in. I guess the rain leaking and humidity is a frequent problem because we had tiny geckos on the wall under the window near the floor. The breakfast was local cuisine and pretty good.

Love the gym and sauna

The room condition was just ok. Carpet full with iron mark because their dont provide iron board in the room. You have to request for. The one i receive not function well. The only why i choose this hotel because it have gym, jacuzi and sauna which i love to spend time there. I hope service to be improve.

Dinasihatkan untuk naik taraf dan penyelenggaraan

Keadaan hotel: Di lobi, lampu agak malap, tidak kelihatan anggun, dinasihatkan utk naik taraf. Lif, papan butang tidak di skru ketat, agak longgar. Lorong ke bilik, karpet byk kesan kotor dan ada sikit bau hapak, pintu pintu bilik tidak dijaga baik, cat tidak sekata, lampu agak malap Bilik, perabot agak uzur, permukaan terkopek, sui lampu perlu diplbaiki, alat lampu perlu diselenggara. Bilik air, shower head tersumbat, kesan karat, pengering rambut tercabut. Q

Stay acceptable

This is my firstime stay at the hotel after 2 years. The room not that quite mantained as before when it was under promenade but still good for stay. The bathroom especially shower side please get rid the mold at the wall. Breakfast also good and acceptable. The reason why i will stay again at this hotel because their have the gym facilities and sauna. But please repair some gym equipment and also the jacuzi.

Dull & smelly

Got smelly room and towel because the room was not cleaned well. Breakfast was just so-so. Doesn't have many choices. Located a bit far from city center.
