호텔스닷컴에는 분명 조식을 별도로 요금을 지불하면 식사가능한 것으로 나와 있으나 실제로는 제공하지 않았습니다. 때문에 정말 잠만 잘 것이 아니면 어린 자녀와 올 경우 불편할 수 있습니다.

A la lecture des commentaires, j'appréhendais ma nuit ici. Ce fut la plus belle étape de mon séjour. Il est vrai que l hotel esg un peu vieillot mais très dépaysant et confortable, le personnel est agréable, il y a disposition des kimonos, the, eau chaude... les onsens privés au top, celui extérieur un peu trop chaud. Les chambre ne sont pas insonorisée mais tout le monde etait calme et j ai très bien dormi sur les futons. Proche de la gare et de l arrêt de bus, kombini et distributeur de boisson a côté.

出張の際に素泊まりで利用しました。温泉は非常に心地よく、お風呂重視の方には良い宿だと思います。ただ、以下の点は事前に把握しておいたほうが安心です。 設備面： 部屋にトイレがなく、男性用は一階のみ。階段の移動が必須です。 アクセス： 駐車場が遠く、特に入り口が狭いため、大型車（7人乗り等）は慎重な運転が求められます。 露天風呂： 別棟のため徒歩5分ほど外を歩きます。冬場は防寒対策が必要です。 正直なところ、一人で素泊まり14,000円という価格設定に対しては、設備の古さが少し目立ってしまう印象を受けました。また、お部屋からの景色（眺望）も期待できず、閉塞感があったのが残念でした。

Its a very quiet, beautiful spot close to stations to travel to hakone and the baths were lovely! Its nice to walk around the area. The man running the hotel spoke english pretty well, my non japanese speaking friend had no issues at all. The bedding is futons and it was more comfortable then the hotel we previously stayed at and was perfect for our single night stay

Location was excellent, close to the bus stop and the train. Very trustworthy area where the access is accessible 24/7 and staff can be around. Staff were helpful with requests and kept our luggage till we returned to check on at 3pm. Fixed check in time makes exploring the cable cars and pirate boats tight for time when arriving at 11-12pm. The 4 onsen are all private use. 2 indoors and 2 outdoors. Outdoors are less than 100m away. Water is at a constant 45C and needs cold to bring to your tolerance. From an onsen experience, this was perfect. The room for 5 is a little tight. We needed to change from sitting room to sleeping room by laying out the fêtons. There is no on suite toilet or bathroom (shared) . The is no shower except in the onsen. Loved it even if slightly inconvenient. Almost like going camping.

お風呂が貸切で入れるのは良いが、お湯が熱すぎて小さい子どもには入れなかった。水でうめてよいということだったが、それでもあまり下がらず…。室内の浴場に入ったが、温泉の匂いなのかわからないが少し臭くて、清潔感があまり感じられなかった。 部屋は広々していて良かった。浴衣や鏡など、貸し出し用品があって良かったが、トランプはカードが揃っていなくて遊べなかった。 夜、宿の向かい側が居酒屋なので、1時半ころまで外から声がした。 全体的に少し残念な印象を受けた。

The location was a bit off the main city and main shops. Either have to take a taxi, train or bus to go around from here. The customer service was not very welcoming or friendly. Also the room was not clean at all. The sink in the room had so many stains and spots on it, plus the sleeping mats provided in the room had many stains on them and they were not cleaned. For a japanese ryokan during covid time where people are taking very high measures this is absolutely unacceptable. We only stayed for a night and was not happy. The only good thing was the outdoor private hot springs which were off the property and had to walk a bit to get to them, but it was nice to have the whole hot spring to your self and plus it was 24 hours.

Great deception!

This hotel is not like the web page shows. Without bathroom inside the room. The room is very uncomfortable. Small onsen shared with another 2 hotels. The hotel staff doesn't speak english.

スタッフの対応や、価格は良かったですが、お風呂の清掃が行き届いて無いようでした。 露天風呂に行く途中は、遅い時間だと真っ暗で怖い感じがしたのと、内湯は掃除が行き届いていなく、石風呂がヌルヌルする感じ。 非常に残念。 また、虫が嫌いな方は無理だと思う。 お風呂など、至る所の窓が開いている為、入ってくる。 期待していた分、残念な気持ちが大きかったです。

お値段も安くお風呂もすべて好きな時間に貸切無料で、入れたのでとてもよかったです。小さい子がいたので、神経質な方はお掃除などいきとどいてないことを気になるかもです。遊んで寝るだけで利用したのでこの料金でなにも言うことはなかったです。

口コミは見ていましたがここまで酷いとは思っていませんでした。 まず、受付の時から対応が悪く、お客さんの層に合わせて対応を変えているように見えました。 部屋もカビ臭く、清潔感がありません。 貸切風呂は広くて良かったと思います。
