Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck.

Vocês sabem que quando eu gosto eu gosto: Não teria palavras para exaltar a qualidade e a beleza desse hotel, realmente fazia muitos anos que eu não me hospedava em um lugar tão bonito e tão esplendoroso, suas obras de arte a dedicação das meninas da cozinha e o hotel em sí com uma piscina de verdade, academia de verdade, e brinquedoteca de verdade . Nesse aspecto estão de parabéns indico muito. Infelizmente tivemos um Quatro um pouco desconfortável por conta da cama estar com os pés frouxos e a televisão com muito poucos canais mas no aspecto geral foi muito bom. Infelizmente vejo uma resistência dos hotéis quando fazemos as reservas por aplicativo a impressão é que nos passam os piores quartos, pediu duas camas de solteiro, nos deram uma cama de casal gigante e uma de solteiro pequena mas tudo bem são coisas que podemos rever.

Quarto grande e confortável, o ar condicionado gela bem porém é um pouco barulhento, o café é maravilhoso e o hotel transmite um "requinte" (excelente para o preço). O estacionamento foi um ponto "decepcionante" pois na descrição inicial se passa a ideia do estacionamento ser incluído no valor, já que a informação é "estacionamento disponível" e embaixo a descrição é "estacionamento com manobrista". Quando cheguei ao local descobri que o estacionamento não era incluso no valor. O site não mentiu, o estacionamento realmente estava disponível, porém tem que ser pago a parte e não é barato (ao meu ver). Somente após descobrir isso que consegui encontrar essa informação na descrição, creio que isso deveria ficar destacado para evitar mal entendidos. No geral foi bom.
