Very near to Nishiki Market and Teramachi street..easily accessible to buses and rails...overall was good although rooms are quite small...they provide pyjamas and all sorts of toiletries so u need not worried Even if u do not bring your make up remover!

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

I have a mixed review staying at this hotel. Below is a list of pros and cons Pros: - location is very convenient - free bottle water - friendly staff - lounge with free drinks and food later in the day - good wifi - hotel is very clean and rooms/bathroom also very clean - has self service laundry available Cons: - very small rooms where we felt claustrophobic at times - not good if you have a big check in luggage. We had this and two carry ons. It was annoying to get things out of there. If you have a big check in luggage I would recommend getting a bigger room - beds were not comfortable compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan so didn’t have the greatest sleep while there

The hotel is nice and just enough for couple’s need but don’t expect the space which just fit into 2 beds, modular( fixed) toilet with bath tub same as other Japanese hotel. It will be more convenience if they able to allowed the check out time up to 12noon Instead up to 10am only.

We had an amazing time staying here. Service and amenities are really good. I was surprised when the reception said it is 5 years old as it looks brand new. Everything is very nice, clean and well-kept. The staff are all accomodating. The rooms are bigger than we expected as we know Japanese hotels are usually way smaller than the Western hotels. We love the multi-way shower. The public bath is also amazing. The bed, pillows and even the hotel slippers and pyjamas are all very comfortable. We wished we spent more time in this hotel. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

House keeping always forgot to refill certain items and wash the cup. Other staffs are very helpful

So close to everything! I took the bus from Kyoto station, it was ¥230. It took 7 minutes to get to my stop. Walked less than 5 minutes to the hotel. Gion is only 7 minute walk, Tameshita Market is 1 block away across the street. Major Department Stores are 1 block away. The rooms were clean and decent size. I got the standard room with 2 twin beds but we're only given 1 luggage rack. There are no closets. But OMG the Shower is awesome! Perfect for taking a shower after a long day! We had breakfast included with our stay. Both the Japanese and Western Style breakfast were very Fancy. Almost like a Michelin style serving. Loved it! I will recommend them to all my friends!!!

Clean new hotel central location, however, the standard room is a shoebox and a deluxe room is an avarage small room.
