Stay away from this hotel. Their "customer service" is lousy, grading with scale 4-10 would be 0-. The hotel says on their webpage and Hotels.com that reception is open until 22:00. We arrived before 21:00, and the door was locked, and nobody was there. The automated check-in outside didn't recognise our reservation. Luckily, there was still someone working at a restaurant, and we could get in and get our room. But the room smelled strongly that it had been smoked there. We went back to the restaurant to demand a different room. They said that it is impossible that the room smells cigarettes since it is a non-smoking room. After some argument, they called the receptionist, who promised he would be there in 10 minutes to take care of this issue. After 15 minutes nothing and I had to ask again. They called him again and now he said he will be there in 20 minutes. It took him 40 minutes to arrive, so we ended up waiting more than an hour with a tired small child for a room that was acceptable. I won't stay in this place ever again.
