We have stayed here a few times now and the experience is always the same and that is enjoyable The staff are very firendly and no task is too much for them. Buffet breakfast is just delicious and well worth getting up for :-) All in all, we have enjoyed our 4 night stay, yet again and already looking forward to when we can visit again

Fabulous hotel - stayed here before and definitely will go back. Food is so good, staff so polite and friendly, cleanliness second to none staff work so hard to keep up the high standard. View is to die for - and the beaches are so safe for all ages. Lovely quiet room too and swimming pool icing on the cake.

Traditional hotel offering a comfortable stay with helpful & friendly staff. Room was clean & adequate. Good selection on the breakfast buffet and a bonus of scrambled eggs on request. Decent sized car park (chargeable) All in all, good value for our 2 night break.

It was such an astounding experience we had. The room was pretty clean and the view outside the hotel was amazing. Specially the breakfast buffet was extremely overwhelming. Had an amazing time being there. One of the best experiences we had in Jersey. Would definitely choose your hotel again. Kudos 🎉

The staff are all very cheerful, the food was excellent and our room was sparkling clean. The location is good. We walked into town most days and used the local buses. There’s a stop right outside the hotel.

We stayed in Room 12, superb view of the beach and lido / sea pool. Spacious room, which was serviced daily. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very fresh. Highly recommend

The location was excellent for us with an Ocean view room The staff at Reception were very helpful. The room nicely decorated good size and clean. Breakfast was good but would have been better if more choice of eggs & bread were available. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Our only disappointment was the service at the Bar. Were told to come back as was too busy making liquor coffees. The cocktails were pre-made out of a tin and not a genuine mix of ingredients but we were not told this until we complained that it didn’t taste like a mojito should.

The hotel is an attractive Edwardian building right on the seafront. A large car park at the rear had spaces the whole of my stay. The room was light and airy, clean and well maintained. The shower had a decent pressure with plenty of hot water. The room had a vanity basin and unit with a mirror which meant plenty of space for toiletries and the dedicated light made it perfect for applying makeup. The breakfast was freshly cooked, including the fried eggs on the buffet. On Friday nights there is an all you can eat buffet which was splendid, and included fresh oysters and other excellent seafood as well as roasts, pasta dishes, salads, puddings and cheeses. Helpful and friendly staff ensured I felt welcome and was valued as a customer.
