The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. Stayed here for the Exposibram 2022. Hotel is comfortable, clean and in a great area - Savassi. Staff speak English, have a well equipped gym, steamroom and sauna as well as spa on site. Only complaint is that the room wasn’t as sound proof as required and the street was noisy from time to time.
