We had a lovely stay. The beds were comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful. We had dinner in the bar down stairs and it was one of the best fish and chips I think I’ve ever had. The whole team were warm and friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even sorted out transport to town when we were struggling to get around! Highly recommend.

The hotel had an early season feel and seemed rather run-down but our room was nice, clean and had a lovely view. The welcome was great, the meal good and we enjoyed our stay

Friendly, welcoming, hospitable, adaptable, and the room was large and clean. Very good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stop there again.

4/10 Aceptable

I'm torn here, wasn't really sure what this place is, part village pub, part town hall, part hotel, part someone's house with the family about. People were lovely but whole place just needs a complete refresh. Dirty carpets, bathrooms from the 60s, shower curtains, random stuff everywhere. The people who run the place are super nice but they deserve to treat themselves to clean the place up a bit otherwise they'll continue to get poor reviews from visitors.

Sehr nettes Personal und gute Lage. Alles andere well below standard.

When I arrived very early, they made my check in so easy and let me have the room well before lunchtime no extra cost. The food was excellent. I had breakfast and evening meal there. Food quality, and price was good. Room was very comfortable. Very clean shower and towels were nice. Highly recommend it would definitely stay there again.

2/10 Mediocre

Awful place, room was described as having an ensuite, the shower was in the bedroom with a toilet in a closet, mould and water damage directly outside the room, mould all over the room, when we told them we had to leave they still charged us for 2 nights when we didn't stay there at all and had booked it on the day
