My check-in process was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly as well as my checkout process. My room was very clean and had nice updated carpet bed furniture. The bathroom was nice and clean. I did not eat the breakfast, but I did look at it and there were lots of options and it looked tasty. The parking lot was a little cramped. The hotel itself is in a great location. I would stay there again.

Rooms were great, breakfast was less than appealing. Staff was ok. Beds were hard as a rock.

The person that checked us in was awesome and friendly unfortunately, I did not get her name. The room was spacious and clean. Loved that we were able to control the temperature the way we wanted it. The only thing that I could think of that needs improvement would be more than one hanger in a room. we weren’t able to hang up our dress clothes. We will definitely be staying there again.

I enjoyed a one-night stay at this location. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was large, taking up an entire wall of the dining area. The only negative, and the reason I didn't give this location 5 stars, was the garbage truck outside my window at 4:28 AM. I know the hotel doesn't control private trash pickups, but it seems there should be some understanding so as to not interfere with guests' sleep with the beep-beep-beep of a large truck. It made for a tough long day of driving.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean appearance of the Comfort Inn hotel I stayed in during my visit to Grand Forks. My room was spacious, uncluttered, and had the amenities I would expect (coffee maker, TV, clock, great lighting in the bathroom, nice shower). I should have asked where the ice maker was located. Maid service is not daily, I appreciated the posted information. I don't need daily cleaning, but was glad to know that I could get what I need at the front desk. Breakfast was 6 a.m.-10 a.m. which is nice for a slower morning and keeps crowds to a minimum. A hot breakfast every morning, maybe a few lower carb offerings, but a nice breakfast. Coffee was super!

Was greeted by a super friendly, helpful staff member. Our room was clean, spacious. Bed was comfy and quiet. Pool area was a little loud with the fan, but otherwise was really great. Mostly had it to ourselves, which was a bonus!! Was disappointed to find there was no tea in the room, just coffee packets. When I went to ask at front desk, was told they don't usually put tea in the rooms. There was also only Green tea available during our 4day stay. I did wind up going to Walmart the second day and purchasing my own tea to have. My husband had to go and ask one of the staff members to put the coffee on for the continental breakfast at around 845am as there was no coffee. The continental breakfast was alright.
