This hotel is used for tour buses that dump their passengers for a night stay. Food quality was terrible and choice of food was so limited. They charge extra for water, tea and soft drinks even though you pay for a buffet dinner. My worst hotel experience in Turkyie.

wir sind gestern um 22:30 Uhr im Hotel angekommen und haben drei Zimmer erhalten: 301, 302 und 303. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in keiner Weise dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels. Zimmer 303 war kaum nutzbar, da ein starker und unangenehmer Geruch aus der Klimaanlage kam. Erst nach intensivem Lüften wurde es etwas besser. Die Handtücher waren schmutzig und grau, die Betten extrem hart und sehr unbequem – man hatte das Gefühl, auf Steinen zu schlafen. In Zimmer 302 lag sogar ein schmutziger Fingernagel auf dem Boden – das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend: Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, das meiste war geschmacklos – einzig die Eier waren akzeptabel. Ich reise sehr häufig und habe zum ersten Mal für so viel Geld ein Hotel in einem solchen Zustand erlebt. Ich bin äußerst unzufrieden!!!

İki odanında duşlarında Sıcak su akmıyordu. Suyun sıcaklığından bahsetmiyorum, direk su akmıyordu. Durumu resepsiyona iletmemize rağmen 2gün sonra problem çözüldü. Odamızı değiştirmeyi teklif bile etmediler. 3gün kaldık sadece çıkacağımız gün su aktığı için son gün dulu kullanabildik. Benim kaldığım odadaki yatak mermer gibi sertti. Diğer arkadaşımızın kaldığı odadaki yatak pamuk gibi yumuşaktı.

Otel çok vasattı. iki gece konaklama almıştık . havuzun içi dışı kirliydi. Sırf havuzu var çocuğumuzla gireriz diye düşünmüştük ancak 1 saatlik ilk deneyimden sonra yanından bile geçmek istemdik. Kahvaltı ücrete dahildi, ama kahvaltı vasatın altındaydı. Covit 19 önlemleri yoktu kendimiz aldık herseyi. Herseyi derken yanlış olmasın çok bir miktar ve türden bahsetmiyorum. Çok tür olması önemli değil aslında en azından var olan yiyecekler taze ve lezzeti, olsa yeterli olacaktı. Şöyle ki, iki sabah kahvaltı hakkım vardı ama ilk günden sonra ikinci kahvaltıyı dışarda yapmayı tercih ettim. Oda konusuna gelince, ben aile odası almıştım. Oda çok eski, banyosunda karınca dolu (oğlum wc ye bile gidemedi karıncadan korktuğu için), tüm eşyalar eski, bakımsız ve düzensizdi. Kısacası fotodan görerek kaldığım bu otelden hiç memnun kalmadım. şunu da belirtmek isterim daha kötü yerlerde veya iyi yerlerde kaldım mı? evet kaldım. burdaki sorun ambalaj ile gerçekleşen arasındaki kocamam bir uçurumdu.

Havuz gerçekten muazzamdı. Temizliği açısından tam puan. Olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğim sadece oda temizliğine biraz daha ilgi gösterilmesi ve kahvaltı daki kahve ve meşrubat cihazlarının güncellenmesi. Sonuç olarak memnun olarak ayrıldığım bir otel oldu.

Great service, we was here for 11 days. Stuff was great and we made lot of friends here. Only negative was cleanes of bathroom. I wish they but little bit more efforts on cleaning and I think they do(you can ask for better cleaning if needed) . Other than that Hitit hotel is perfect, pool was great, terrace and lobby was awesome and large, almost every night there is live music. I leave with good memories here. Lunch (about 5e) was versatile and great. You walk to centrum city on about 5min. If I go back to selcuk I use Hitit hotel again. Thank you Hitit Hotel.

Otel sakin ve etrafı yeşillikle cevrili bir konumdaydı. Havuzu gayet keyifle kullandik. Aksam 20.00 -23.30 arasi dugun oldugunu ogrendik bu sebeple sehir merkezine indik. Dondugumuzde otel otoparki dugun icin gelenlerle hinca hinc dolu idi. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdik hatta ayni durumu yasayan bir cift daha vardi. Bizden daha atak olarak iade talebiyle otelden ayrildilar. Resepsiyon yetkilisi ben 20.00'de goreve basladim ne yapabilirim sadece yetkiliye bilgi verebilirim dedi. Ilgili kisi gelip aracimizi disardabir yere park ettirdi. Anahtarimizi verirsek gece12.00'de otele cekeceklerini belirttiler. Anahtarimizi vermedik, kim verirdi bilemiyorum. Sanseseri dugunden cikan bir ciftin yerine park ettik. Neyseki dugun muzikleri belirtilen saatte bitti.
