Property was not as advertised. Rooms don't have AC, staff admitted this is why residents leave their doors open for ventilation. Dogs were running loose in the parking lot, in and out of room. People were sleeping overnight in their vehicles. People were smoking on balconies with the door open to rooms. Laundry consisted of 1 washer and 3 dryers. Room had ripped sheets, large mold stain on ceiling, sticky floors, smelled like smoke and was dirty. Room was upstairs, walking past residents smoking. Police were in the parking lot, due to anticipated issues from residents. Staff apologized, as these are known issues at the motel. We felt so unsafe, we booked another place an hour away. We requested a refund, however staff didn’t know how to issue a refund after renting the room. We stay in many Motel 6 rooms, but this one made us call M6 corporate and environmental health to lodge complaints.
