Really clean. Reception staff not in hotel so feels unwelcoming. 2 nights of very noisy other guests in the early hours of the morning. Great central location.

Everything was nice and clean. The communication wasn’t the best. We booked through Expedia and from the email, it said the desk was open 24 hours. When we arrived, no one was there. We had to call a phone number that was listed on the property. No one answered. Soon we received a call back from an irritated lady who informed us we were supposed to call 30 minutes in advance. The lady arrived at the hotel 10ish minutes later and she didn’t even greet us. She didn’t have good customer service at all. Because the hotel is in a college area, it was pretty loud well after midnight. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work. We would return to this property to try it again because it was a nice property, but we would hope for better customer service.

if you are the one that can sleep with slamming doors, fights, drunk people laughing, and basketball-screaming games, this is the place to stay. This is like a room from hell if you want to just sleep after a day of work or walk - I would say that this was an exaggeration if it weren´t because I live this hell of a story for three nights - I asked to be moved from the room but there is no answer. Also, remember to call one hour before getting to the place - there is no receptionist in place so if you want to check in after 10 pm - good luck.

Agradable estancia

Alojamiento muy céntrico al lado de la plaza mayor y de la zona comercial, muy buena localización. Es un hotel antiguo donde la recepción no es 24 horas, se escucha todo lo de dentro del hotel y de la calle. La habitación está bien aunque hemos pasado frío, la calefacción dicen ponerla por la tarde y por la noche pero brilla por su ausencia para la baja temperatura del exterior. Es necesario que renueven las almohadas, nuestro cuello se queda en Salamanca. La atención amable, educadas y majas, siempre pendientes.

Su nombre como "HOTEL", no se corresponde con el servicio de recepción y conserjería efectuado. Mas bien parece una B&B Por ejemplo, no había mando del TV en la habitación y la recepción estaba cerrada por lo que no puedes pedir nada. Al marcharme no había nadie en ningún sitio, todo cerrado y no había ni un cartel que indicase donde poner la llave electrónica, así que la puse en un sitio, que imagino era el correcto. Cuando selecciono un Hotel, espero unos servicios mínimos de conserjería. Deberían cambiar la clasificación de hotel a casa tipo B&B

No lo recomiendo

La habitación estaba algo sucia, debajo de la cómoda había una colilla de cigarro, el wc tiraba el agua, la ventana vibraba con el aire y producía mucho ruido. Finalmente el día que salimos tomamos el ascensor para bajar a hacer el check out y nos quedamos encerrados unos minutos dentro, tuve que forzar la puerta para poder salir.

Esperaba algo mejor

La habitación, pequeña para tres adultos. Pero considerando que sólo íbamos a dormir tenía pase. Dos de las camas eran cómodas pero la tercera cama era incómoda. Uno de los balcones no cerraba bien la puerta y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, además la persiana de ese balcón estaba un poco suelta y con el aire que hizo esos días no paraba de dar golpes, con lo cual por las noches descansamos poco. Por decir algo muy bueno del hotel: su excelente ubicación

Good hotel

This hotel was quite good, we enjoyed the stay, it’s really close to the Plaza Mayor de Salamanca and all the main attractions. We were offered an upgrade choice - there was another room available and it was slightly bigger so we were given 2 keys and allowed to choose. The facilities in the room are quite dated but everything was acceptable. If I was in Salamanca again, I would stay here again, the price is unbeatable!
