sencillamente maravilloso

Un trato exquisito, un personal extraordinariamente amable, un mánager cercano y atento. Íbamos a pasar 2 noches y acabaron siendo 4.

Good Hotel

Had only one day to tour Bagan, We hired a driver from the hotel and our tour guide named Kjaw was wonderful, he has great knowledge and insight on every topic related to Myanmar and he knows where to take great photos too. Ask for Kjaw!!! The hotel staff is very friendly and we got help from them on our flight schedule. Overall a great experience.

4/10 Aceptable

Not worth the money-too many mistakes/problems

The grounds of this hotel are wonderful but everything else is not- Food is sub-par, weak english spoken at property, they forgot our 4am alarm to go on our Balloon ride, never delivered water we requested 3 times among a few things- Lighting in room is dim at best, pillows are not comfortable. The shower and Air conditioning are very good though. Bartenders were also wonderful. Getting transportation from the hotel to Old Bagan took a while and then they always wanted to charge us in dollars -three times the amount of a regular taxi- WIFI was intermittent. Stay somewhere else.

Oasis in the dessert

Bagan is very hot during my stay. But once I stepped in the room, it feels like entering an oasis. The room was very nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious and clean where I can enjoy a hot bath from the bathtub. Room is exoctic and nicely decorated. Overall is a nice stay. Just one minute walk from the hotel is a small pagoda with a Buddha statue of a very kind face. A pleasant surprise!
