We generally use this hotel for transiting to the Nilgiris. We find it to be very suitable for us. The rooms are cheerful with very nice views of yhe surrounding hills. Everything in good working condition too. Hotel housekstaff are very good & so are the lovely, ever smiling, ready to please Tangerine restaurant staff. Praneesha & Nandhana too at the restaurant are superb. Overall a great & happy experience in this cozy hotel.

We booked this hotel for 1 night. We were traveling with parents and child. This is quite good 4 star hotel. It has restaurants and bar available. Food service can be improved , for example we had ordered briyani and it took 40 mins to prepare and that too also after couple of reminders. Hotel staff is polite and helpful.
