El personal es muy amable. La habitación super amplia. Limpieza todos los días si asi lo requieres y lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, esta en una zona bastante tranquila como para descansar pero en el centro y muy bien conectada a metro y estaciones de autobús. Caminando a 10 minutos esta myeongdong y el barrio de Eulji-ro con buenos restaurantes y tiendas. Muy recomendable, nuestra estadía fue muy buena

Muy recomendable, muy cómodo y agusto, muy limpias, bonitas y muy originales las habitaciones aunque una que otra persona que labora en el hotel son un poco descortés pero no todos, la mayoría son muy amables.

I had to switch rooms twice due to issues—a cramped layout in the first (bathtub next to the bed and a narrow bathroom), a leaking bathtub in the second, and in the third, a hard bed, intrusive light from another room, no city view as advertised, and a door that wouldn’t close properly. The front desk representative (man with glasses) was professional and explained it was the last available room, but overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.

During my trip to Seoul, I stayed at Jongno Designers Hotel for a few days, and it exceeded my expectations. Located in the heart of Jongno, the hotel lets you enjoy the perfect mix of tradition and modernity. The location is excellent. Gwangjang Market, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Myeongdong, Insadong, and Bosingak are within walking distance or a short ride. I enjoyed shopping in Myeongdong, tried local foods like bindaetteok, yukhoe, and “kkwabaegi” at Gwangjang Market, and took relaxing walks along Cheonggyecheon and Insadong. Transportation is very convenient. Subway and bus stops are nearby, so taxis were rarely needed. Being in the city center, there is plenty to see and do without visiting major tourist spots. The hotel interior is stylish and cozy. The “Designers” concept is evident throughout. I was pleasantly surprised that the first floor sells snacks and drinks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the electric heating pad kept me warm. The multi-outlet compatible with various plugs made charging easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile, communicated well in English, and gave tips about local restaurants and attractions. The hotel also provides bike rental and free washer/dryer. Overall, Jongno Designers Hotel excels in location, cleanliness, service, amenities, and attention to detail. The calm atmosphere and comfortable space made my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

Upon entering the lobby, I immediately felt a clean and warm ambiance, and the front desk staff greeted me with smiles, giving me a sense of comfort as if I had returned home. I arrived quite late at night, but the hotel’s 24-hour front desk service made checking in smooth and hassle-free. I stayed one night at Hotel The Designers Jongno during my trip to Seoul, and it was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming from check-in, explaining everything clearly and making me feel truly cared for — it really set a positive tone for my stay. The location was perfect for sightseeing — Ikseon-dong Hanok Village, Insadong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Cheonggyecheon Stream were all within walking distance. It was so convenient to explore the area without needing transportation, and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Parking was available for an additional fee, which was convenient since I had my car. There were also light snacks and simple meals available late at night, which was great when I didn’t feel like going out. When I had trouble ordering delivery, a staff member kindly helped me — I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and excellent service. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and a shared microwave on each floor for heating food or drinks. I especially liked that the hotel had laundry and drying machines available. Since it rained during my stay, being able to wash and dry my clothes made everything feel so much fresher and more comfortable. ☔💛 Overall, I had an excellent stay. 昨年に続き、1年ぶりに「ザ·デザイナーズホテル鍾路」のスタンダードルームに宿泊しました。前回の滞在がとても快適だったので、また訪れるのを楽しみにしていたのですが、今回はさらにグレードアップした施設にとても感動しました。特に、リニューアルされたアメニティやロビーの雰囲気がおしゃれで、女性一人でも安心して快適に過ごせる空間になっています。肌の管理を目的に韓国を訪問しましたが、ホテルの室内環境がとても良くて滞在中に肌の状態がとても安定的でした。 2泊3日の短い滞在でしたが、ホテルの立地も良く、近くにカフェやコスメショップ、エステなどもたくさんあり、美容目的の旅行には本当に最適でした。職員の方々もとても親切で、日本語ができる職員がいてとても良かったです今回もすべてに満足し、素敵な思い出とともに帰国しました。また韓国を訪れる際にはぜひこのホテルを利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

Их тёплое отношение действительно сделало пребывание приятным. Номер был уютным и включал всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: мягкую кровать, надёжный Wi-Fi, хорошо работающий кондиционер и плотные шторы, которые позволяли выспаться после насыщенных дней. Я также оценил мелкие приятности, такие как бесплатная бутилированная вода и зарядные порты в номере — это было очень удобно для путешественника, как я. I visited Seoul this time and chose the The Designers hotel in Jungno, and my overall experience was very satisfying! The hotel's location is very convenient, right near the metro station, with easy access to Jingfu Palace, Insadong, and Myeongdong, making transportation incredibly convenient. Although the room isn't particularly large, it exudes a strong sense of design, is clean and tidy, and the bed is also very comfortable. The bathroom has good water pressure, and bathing is very comfortable. The room offers coffee, tea, and mineral water, with thoughtful details. The front desk staff are very friendly, knowing both simple Chinese and English, communicating without any issues, and they even proactively helped me check the subway lines. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to go out and eat in the evening. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, has a fashionable design, and is well-located. I would definitely choose it again when I visit Seoul next time! I highly recommend this to friends visiting Korea for the first time.

I fl in from Australia all excited for my Seoul adventure… and immediately got greeted by a monsoon. By the time I dragged myself into The Designers Hotel, I looked less like a traveler and more like a wet mop with luggage. But here’s where the story gets better: the front desk staff (who, by the way, are always there 24/7 like superheroes in suits) upgraded me for free to a room with two beds. Did I need two beds? Absolutely not. Did I love it? Of course. One for me, one for my soggy backpack. We both slept well. Then I discovered the laundry room, and wow. Not the sad, coin-operated kind you see in dodgy hostels, but a sleek, modern setup that made me want to do laundry even when my clothes were already clean. After a few spins in that machine, I smelled less like “rainstorm survivor” and more like “functional human again.” The hotel itself is like a convenience store and a cozy home rolled into one. There’s a parking lot (for the smart people who didn’t arrive on foot in the rain), and a magical little corner that sells snacks, drinks, booze, and ramen. Dangerous combination, because suddenly it’s 2 a.m. and you’re holding a beer in one hand and slurping noodles with the other, wondering how life got so good.
