I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE ! From check in - lobby stays locked, must call a number at a window. TV didn’t work, I had to walk the property to find help ( no phone in the room) No bath towels… was not going hunting late at night to find someone. Air conditioner ran all night, noisy & auto didn’t work

The place advertised breakfast included, but then said no breakfast, so that was disappointing… quiet area. The room was adequate. The Kleenex box was stuffed with a ball of toilet paper, and the linens and towels were kinda stained, but it’s good value.

Well first of all I liked the first night there and the second night I had to change rooms flooded in the floors first night, and second night I paid for the discount through Expedia I was asked by the owner I assume if I wanted another room with smoking or non smoking, and I said it didn't matter to me so the second room was terrible old mattresses and lowest cover and pillows were lowsy no microwave no minne refrigerator etc and no coffee had to ask for it

Disappointing to discover that the free breakfast wasn’t offered . I booked with that amenity at the forefront . So it was upsetting to learn that there was NO free breakfast . Additionally, Waffle House in parking lot was closed . Makes it difficult to feed the family without leaving hotel.

This lodge was advertised as having a breakfast and even posted a picture of the breakfast bar in the hotel on the website. But there is none. Many of us travelers select a place to stay on whether or not a breakfast is available. The owners say they told Expedia that they no longer serve breakfast.Who is telling the truth??? This is false advertising on part of Expedia.com. Shame on you!

Poor maintenance

I was disappointed from the begging. The host told me to stand at the window instead of inviting me into the lobby. Next, the door handle was broken and that was a delay to get someone to teach me to open the broken door. Btw, if the handle broken then who would feel safe. Inside the room is in need of several repairs. The ceiling is peeling and falling, the tile is broken and missing pieces. The switch to the bathroom light and fan is broken and won't turn off so it ran constantly. Very noisy even with the door closed. I rarely leave poor reviews but the broken door handle and broken light switch are both safety issues. Watch YouTube videos to learn how to make these simple repairs. Better luck in the future...!!

Hopefully better days ahead

I had read some reviews, and yes the ice machine was broken, but I just put my bottled water in the "freezer" part of the in-room refrigerator and it was cold within a couple of hours. Looked like they were in a renovation project. Still a ways to go. Took a long time to check in as their computer system was not working properly. My towels and bath mat at home which I have had for over 30 years are in better shape, but hopefully that will be a part of the "renovations" Other than that it was a comfortable place to stay for the price.
