I had paid for this booking but they told me I had not on check-in. They took the amount again. I checked my credit card statement and matched the amount and date with my itinery. They pretended it was a mistake and asked for my bank account details to refund the money. They pretended this is the first time this has happened. I dont believe them. I dont even believe this was the first time they have been caught. I am a single female traveller and feel I was taken advantage of

Very clean and tidy. Close to shops and beach. Loved that the outdoor pool was heated and at a reasonable temperature. Spa was also very good. Kitchen was a little small but perfect for for making drinks and breakfast. Overall very happy with our stay there.
