Great hotel. Good value. Good location. All that’s needed. Also quiet - which is nice.

Second stay here. Typical mid range London hotel. A bit pricey imo. Has a good lift. Bed comfy. TV hopeless. Shower fiddly and barely warm enough. Reasonably quiet outside. Slept well.

This hotel was in a great location for the tube, it very really tidy, the air conditioning worked great and they even let us check in early. Staff were so friendly, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean room and thank goodness there was air-conditioning in the heat we had. Small but well equipped room.

Great location. Lovely quiet street close to cafes, shops and Baker St tube station. The room was comfortable and clean. There was an iron and fridge in the room which were very helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed at Regency Hotel Parkside three nights (twin bedroom). The location is supreme, the building is admittedly old but well kept. The room was cozy, and sadly facing the inner courtyard. The ensuite was remarkably clean, but the doll-size dimensions of the sink coupled with the unfortunate placement of a glass shelf just above it made even washing one's face or cleaning one's teeth impossible. We complained with the manager but they replied that all rooms are equipped with the same appliances. It doesn't look like it from the photos on the website though. We cannot comment on the breakfast and dining options as we booked room only.

Basic room and property. Good location, and clean. Air condition worked relatively well in the heatwave. But the hotel is a bit dated and could need upgrading up a bit on the worn-out furniture.

I had surgery nearby and the hotel were extremely helpful and kind, they arranged an early check in and helped me to my room. They were attentive, checked I could see everything I needed, and helped me connect to wifi. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The hotel is quiet. It’s a perfect place for staying if you’re having medical treatment nearby.

Small dingy room. The air conditioning needed to be reset twice by reception. Was reasonable price for Chelsea flower week however.

Another persons hair in the shower and on the bedding….no aircon. Desperate for updating. Rusty metal door on the vanity unit in the bathroom, mould in the shower
