The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Lucas and all of the housekeepers. The hotel itself could use a little love, though. The breakfast was not good and the elevators were broken/unreliable for half of our stay. The TVs are not smart so you can only watch local cable. Also, our room key kept disconnecting, and it took about 5 days into our stay for someone to figure out it was because having an iPhone next to the keycard would disactivate it. Some of the towels were old and torn apart and there was some paint chipping off the walls...the hotel didn't inspire a feeling of cleanliness or luxury at all enough to be considered a 4 star hotel. However, the sheets were always clean and I loved the turndown service from their housekeepers. They swept and mopped our room daily! The hotel can be quite loud. We heard every toilet flush from our neighbor as though they were in our room, and at night, we could hear the DJs from across the street and down below. We were on the 9th floor and we could still hear it, but luckily we had a sound machine for white noise which helped a lot. The location is also amazing! There is so much to do nearby. I think this is a solid, 3-star hotel in a great location and with great staff, but do not expect it to be fancy by any means -- it simply gets the job done!
