Miracle Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

Huge hotel with nice big pool and right on the beach. The staff were friendly and trying their best with regards to the current situation, but many guests decided not to wear masks and it was a lot busier than expected, we did struggle to get loungers at the pool/beach. The food was good and there was a large selection of things to choose from at mealtimes. There were also various other snack outlets where kebabs, ice creams, burgers, fruit etc. could be ordered throughout the day and all included for no extra cost. I think it was due to COVID, but no information about the hotel was provided upon check in, so we felt we had to figure everything out for ourselves and probably missed a few things because of this. It would be good if the hotel had a service to organise tours etc. There are various really interesting things to see in the local area, but you have to organise outside of the hotel. The hotel could use a bit of an update. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the AC wasn’t great. However, overall, it was a nice stay and very good value for money!

Not a 5* never ever in history! Not ultra all inclusive! All Inclusive means one coke, one sprite, one fanta and one Efes and two spring waters by day. The rest is machine juice, not one natural juice included, nothing, not a premium drink. I've got food poisoned in the second day. If you want something extra: one coke, one fresh juice, you must pay! I've attached a photo with the ultra all inclusive they sell! I strongly don't recommend!

Beautiful and big hotel, modern rooms, very clean. The hotel has put in the measures to prevent the spread oc COVID-19. Very nice pool and a beautiful garden. The wifi is not the best in the world, but is the best out of all hotels that we have visited in the area. However, the staff is straight up impolite, rude and unwelcoming. The only good interactions with the staff were on the reception and with two or three folks in the restaurant. The rest should be fired. There is absolutely no entertainment team events, except live music in the evening which is also quite boring. Food is the same every single night, a lot of options, but same every night. The chefs that give out the food are very rude. Overal 7/10 Bad part: staff and entertainment. Good part: modern hotel, very clean, beautiful pool and the beach etc.

Hotel is excellent. Friendly staff. Plenty of food. Everything is excellent. Just need more activities and entertainment programmes.

Very clean, staff slways smiling and helpful Bedrooms spacious and comfortable beds. Best of all was the food, so much selection and different every meal. Think coffee making facilities should be in bedrooms as it is a five star hotel. Linen changed regularly but towels always felt like cardboard

We stayed at Miracle for 6 nights. We had a very enjoyable stay. The resort is beautiful and the outside area is very spacious and scenic. The pools are all well kept and a good size. The buffet restaurant offered lots of variety of food, most of which was tasty. The breakfast food was the best. Also the outside bar/snacks were nice, especially the ice creams and gozleme. My boys (aged 6 & 10) enjoyed playing table tennis, darts and the games room. They also loved the evening entertainment, which was organised by the mini clubs. And then later they had comedy shows, bingo nights etc which were all very entertaining to watch, the resort reps are all very friendly. Overall our stay was amazing, and we would def go back again. The only negative from us would be that there was no iron and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Khair’s (UK)
