The Ambiance was great nice tranquil setting however there were several cons, towels were old and dingy, curtains nasty, bed not comfortable and breakfast was a waste of our $$. The staff at the reception was great but facility needs much improvement. Location was great as it was close to the Main Street shops and restaurant.

We ended up adding an additional 2 nights stay here becuase we loved it so much! Central to loads of good restaurants, shopping and near to a freeway for easy access to tour groups! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Bad! Horrible! very dirty mattress and room. Dirty swimming pool. My girl swim there for two times and got skin allery! For this price, there are a lot of much better choices in Chiang Mai!

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. The entrance is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. It’s a lush oasis with a great pool and tropical plants surrounding it. We loved our room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a strong shower. It was kept clean and was made up daily. We loved the choice of food and drinks at breakfast. Staff go over and beyond to help you. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

We loved that the property felt like an escape in busy Chiang Mai, you step into Yantasari and it’s a lovely garden oasis. There is some airplane noise, but it didn’t bother us. Everyone was tremendously kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had both tub and shower. We had 2 hour massages our last day, at the hotel, which was a marvelous way to wrap up an all-too-brief visit to Chiang Mai. We would stay here again.

Amazing place in the city all went great just few points for improvement - room service and restaurant to have a bar with pool - spa closes at 5 pm so after a day of activities u will need to source outside Nothing major but that above would ensure more time spent . Oh yes planes fly by a few times do if ur a light sleeper wear plugs .

호텔 수영장 하나 보고 결정했는데 세븐일레븐 도보권에 있어서 위치도 넘 만족스러웠고 창문 바깥에 보이는 수영장 뷰가 넘 좋았어요! 벌레를 한번 화장실에서 마주치긴 했지만.. 저층에 나무로 둘러쌓여있는 곳이라 그러려니.. 했습니다 예민하신분들은 다른 곳 추천드려용 직원분들 다 친절하셨고 님만이라 비행기소음 당연히 있고 개구리도 많이 울긴 합니다 저처럼 귀 안예민하시고 수영장 예쁜게 중요하신분들께 추천드려용

처음엔 좀 낡은 듯 했으나 머물수록 뭔가 친근하면서 편안했습니다. 주말엔 좀 시끄러운 듯 했으나 평일은 조용하고 좋았습니다. 비행기 소리는 좀 크게 들렸습니다. 조식은 쏘쏘 큰 욕조가 있어서 그것도 좋았습니다. 쇼핑몰 식당 등 접근성이 아주 좋아서 만족합니다.

Garden oasis easy walk to main road

An oasis of green in the Nimman area. Nice hotel design with rooms looking onto central garden area and pool. Rooms well maintained while preserving some of the old wood furniture, doors, etc. Renovated bathrooms. A few small problems: soap in shower only (though good not to be in disposable bottles), water temperature hard to get right (though plenty of pressure), wifi sometimes slow.

Luscious city resort

Tropical garden setting, large comfortable balconies. Breakfast is a great start of the day. All staff at hotel are very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Perfect location in secluded side street near malls, restaurants and shops. Will stay again and highly recommend this resort.
