⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Hygiene and Service
My experience at SRG Hotel, Mirzapur, was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness and basic services were far below acceptable standards.
The bed sheets had not been changed and appeared to have semen stains. Used condoms were scattered around the room, which was absolutely disgusting and raised serious concerns about hygiene and sanitation.
There was no parking available at the property, and not even a single towel was provided. The room was dirty throughout, and the overall service was very poor.
A hotel should provide clean bedding, a hygienic room, basic amenities, and proper service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these basic expectations.
I would not recommend this property to anyone who values cleanliness, hygiene, and basic hotel standards. Management seriously needs to improve housekeeping and guest services.
