Desde la entrada huele a cigarrillo y la habitación que nos asignaron estaba impregnada de olor a cigarrillo, corrí la ventana para ventilar la habitación y se encontraba llena de colillas

This is an older hotel, but our room was nice and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of semi truck activity but somewhat out of town. It was a good inexpensive stay.

One of the most understanding people I’ve ever met I’m new to the area I’m on my way to moving to Missouri and all of a sudden my transmission on my car blows and I was almost late for check in and they were totally okay with me being late if I would’ve been ! Most amazing staff that I’ve ever came across !!!

The convenience of the hotel to our event was good; however there were several areas that need attention ie no bathmat,and no outlets near the dressing table. No coffee service; however there is restaurant next door..

This hotel was 10 Mi away from City of Cheyenne. Good for truckers but not for people that want to do things in town. Had to eat the money. Didn't stay there.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was basically a portable bed that sank in the middle. The floor tiles in the bathroom were stained and had reddish tones/lines on them…not a good look—looked like blood stains. There were no amenities unless you want to call a soda machine, ice machine, and coffee in the lobby amenities. Check in was easy and the lady seemed friendly. Parking was easy and accessible.

Bring your own tissues, blow dryer, shampoo and rinse. Also bring your own pillows. Lamp shades have been around for at lease 50 years and who knows what is hanging off the ceiling. Two cats have been left in the parking lot with flat tires and bricks have fallen off the outside walls. Goodluck

Do not stay here. It was awful. All rooms are smoking and smell terrible. There were burn holes in the blankets, no soap or shampoo, The bathroom was disgusting with a shower putted and never finished. It appeared to look as if they tried faux painting with putty. $250/ night for disgraceful accommodations. Even the very nice attendant felt horrible charging us this amount. Better off sleeping in your car and utilizing the beautiful restrooms at the truck stop next door with heated bidets !

We were there 7 days and housekeeping staff didnt come to the room once. Something happened to their hot water and we had to take cold showers. They said we could checkout and they would refund us one day funds. We asked to get some type of refund for the inconvenience and they refused. Wasn't willing to work with us at all and basically said we were on our own!

I understand older properties, but the room was filthy. The sheets had hairs, comforters were dirty and carpet wasn’t vacuumed. There were hair things on the floor. The shower wash wasn’t new and half full. Such a disappointment.

The front desk staff was the only pleasant experience I had. The room absolutely stinks of smoking. The carpet was damp, holes in the walls, box spring was stained and torn. The faucet wiggled and had no drain stop. The shower head was an inch off of the wall. Cheap plastic shower curtain with plastic shower rings. The pictures of the rooms do not represent what you will actually get. One word describes it best...GROSS.

This place was awful. The rooms were beyond terrible. The bathtub I would not wash a dog I hated in. The room was a torn up there were holes in the walls the outlet were not covered with plates. The tv cables were hanging so no tv. The desk clerk was shacky. She told us to park where we could see our car out the window. Just real shady. Keep going
